Top top shame once again that people lack civility...talk super loud and slam their doors when they go to bed....
Very friendly, professional staff. Excellent catering.
This hotel is particularly pleasant, far from any bustle. The exterior decor is magnificent and when the weather is nice you can enjoy the swimming pool, which unfortunately was not our case. Dinner was also a great experience and it's so much better to go back to your room without having to get back in your car! I will come back with pleasure.

A drink around the pool may have been nice. Plus some other eating options other than the hotel restaurant would have made our stay better. We could t get in the resistant and there was no room service. We enjoyed our stay but thought it wasn’t really intended for young children. We would recommend the hotel as it is beautiful

I made this stay for 3 nights during the week. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very spacious and well equipped but the wifi was impossible to reach given the location of the room located on the ground floor (wifi however accessible from the reception). I was able to use my wifi box (SFR) but with a very low speed (download) or even zero (upload). But hey, that wasn't exactly the goal on vacation! The restaurant was excellent (breakfasts + 2 dinners). The outdoor pool is a plus. The environment was overall very good. A small downside: the lack of ventilation in the bathroom (VMC HS?), but the weather being fine during the stay, you could ventilate by opening the windows. I think it's something to review given the standard of the establishment.
Beautiful building in an amazing setting and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a comfort room on two levels and the stairs to bedroom mezzanine were very steep and care was needed on the descent (this is why we rated comfort as 3*). Also we had a low beam in the bedroom that did not have any padding so, if you hit you hit your head on it, it really hurt! We would definitely stay again but would chose a different room.

Very pleasant place, the room and the bathroom very comfortable. The stay was wonderful. The only downside concerns the very noisy citrus press at breakfast constantly used by customers even though fresh fruit juices including squeezed oranges were already available in carafes.
We arrived in the room and we realized that the shutter of the skylight was not working. We went back to reception, who was aware of the problem, and were able to be relocated all the same. A downside for breakfast, because few quantities presented for certain products compared to the number of customers, suddenly the dishes were always empty at each passage. We had to hurry as soon as the new set arrived. Otherwise the place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional.

View the hotel's answerLousy service! 🤬 Menus were handed out to all tables - except mine. Picked it up myself. Had then to wait for 27 minutes until someone took my order..... Had to request for the wine list. Nobody asked me. Although I had arrived first, all other tables were served before mine. After the starter, the already used fork was put back on the table.... Incredible. Dishes were served without any explanation, staff could not speak English. Not even a friendly smile. Same at the reception. The room had no real windows with a view, only two very small windows high above the floor. All in all very disappointing.
