Coté restaurant très bien
Coté chambre très basique et à nécessiter peau neuve, de la rouille dans la salle de bains, la moquette noire ne permettait pas de voir si elle était propre ou pas, ameublement très basique et deco qui laisse à désirer.
On plus, on m’a débité 122€ quand j’avais fait la réservation chez Booking à 101€ !!!
Hôtel impeccable, personnel très agréable.
Très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse et très propre, nous conseillons vraiment cette adresse à Trelazé.
De plus il y a un parking privé et gratuit ;)))

Hôtel très vieillot. Petit-déjeuner très moyen avec aucun produit frais.
Flexible de douche qui fuyait et rien n'a été fait pour réparer ou proposer une autre chambre.
Chambre froide de 30m2 peut être avec douche de 50cm2…fait meilleur dans les couloirs

L'hôtel est bien placé. Le stationnement est correct. La déco générale est agréable. La literie est bonne. L'oreiller un peu mou à mon goût. Chambre grande mais dommage la moquette est tâchée. Perso j'aime mieux un autre revêtement pour le sol. Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé, c'est le manque de rangement dans la SDB pour poser nos produits, serviettes, pyjama...Pour le restaurant : très bien., la sauce de la joue de boeuf et du porc à la moutarde à l'ancienne : un régal .. le dessert nougat..hum!!! Excellent. Jolie présentation des plats...on en gardera un bon souvenir. Le personnel est souriant, aimable. Très bien. Très bon accueil dès l'arrivée et ça s'est poursuivi durant notre séjour de 2 jours. Bravo
Une équipe souriante et gaie pour un établissement bien tenu et très confortable. Face à la rue, j'ai pourtant passé une nuit dans un silence parfait. Rien à dire.

Le seul point négatif pour nous c 'est le bruit de la rue chambre pas assez isolé phoniquement.
La rue sur laquelle donnait ma chambre (124) était peu bruyante (circulation). Les chaînes de TV de 1 à 6 ne fonctionnent pas bien (image et son).

A perfect half way stopover for my wife and I, our daughter her husband and their baby. The director (M. Monay) kindly rang me when we had not arrived by the time our restaurant reservation had arrived, owing to journeying with a five month old. He speaks very good English, was overwhelmingly charming and when we did arrive around half an hour later was extremely welcoming, professional, courteous friendly with a nothing is too much trouble approach. In short a joy to stay with. The four adults had different meals in the restaurant, all were beautifully presented, delicious, and very well priced. Will definitely stay here again when circumstances permit.
A deplorable restaurant side. Didn't have time to sit down at the table because after 25 minutes of waiting, no order was taken. I went to eat elsewhere. No questions following my departure from management. As for the Etik point, I'm still waiting for it.

We were very well received. Charming, personalized and professional welcome. Perfect room, comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel's decor is superb, with Art Deco touches that make the experience memorable. And on site, a bar, a restaurant, free parking. A great address to remember just a stone's throw from Angers!

Establishment well located, easy to find with garage for the car or bicycles. Friendly welcome with attentive and very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well insulated. The bedding is very good. The restaurant offers tasty dishes. The fresh fruit tartare with peach sorbet is a delight. The waiters and the sommelier are very helpful and friendly, as are the receptionists. We can only recommend this hotel-restaurant, whether for a stopover on the holiday route or for a longer stay in the Loire Valley.

Downgraded because no hot water in the first bedroom, the second was pathetic... mold in the bathroom twice as small, walls full of stains, sink tap that sprays everywhere because sparkling full of dirt, toilet seat not suitable for the bowl ... even in low-end hotels we had never seen so dirty. It will have been necessary to fight for the price of the room to be also downgraded.
This hotel deserves a facelift in terms of the decor of the rooms. That of the entrance and the restaurant areas are much prettier. very few amenities in the room, very small shower, leaky hose, uncomfortable pillows and lots of noise. On the catering side, I liked the starter, but not the fish at all. Too few choices for breakfast

This hotel is in a bad state. the airco was not working, and upon asking at the reception, we were told that a company had been contacted to repair the airco, but would not come in the following week. Also, works were in progress in the street below, very noisy, , starting at 7 am. We asked to have a room in the opposite site of the hotel, but it was refused. As a geste, we were offered the breakfast for free ( EUR). The breakfast was very poor, coffeemachine not cleened, cups dirty and braed was moldy. Chesse almost over due. Restaurant was very good, but we unfortunately they set us in the full sun at 33 degrees and no airco..

Great welcome. This hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center so very close. Knowing that there is secure parking is a good choice. The outdoor parking lot is large. Petrol station and car wash nearby plus a super U with some useful shops
